“Ordered a pristine iPhone 12 in purple and when it arrived, it was impressive, looked brand new. Very happy with the condition of the phone but the delivery was not as stated. “Ordered a 14 pro phone for my daughter for Christmas, was getting a bit panicky as it took about 2 weeks to come instead of two days. Finally received the item and was in great condition apart from it wasn’t the colour I had ordered. However was too late to send back as Christmas was nearly upon us. “Before anything else; the phone I purchased for my daughter was in mint condition even though classed as good-an iPhone 13pro. The main reason I decided to use smart cellular was the good condition which was cheaper than other companies but slightly more expensive than say others average condition phones. Ordered at the beginning of December it took over 2.5 weeks to arrive and only 4 days before Christmas. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t concerned. The online chat is your only means of support and it’s ok but can be frustrating when you’re trying to find stuff out whilst on limited times at work.”

“Everything worked out well eventually: price was competitive and the phone was probably slightly better than I expected for “good” condition.
One star deducted for the slightly vague emails and communication. For example, my “update” email about delivery read “your order status has now been upgraded to .” I had to call the customer helpline, who were also a bit vague: “give it a couple of days and check the website”.
But, as I say, everything worked out fine in the end…”
