Terrible service, slow payment and changed the price agreed. We agreed a price for a brand new, unopened device. Upon receipt, Smart Cellular contacted to say they would only pay 15% lower than the agreed price, but wouldn't tell me why. After some back and forth I settled on around 10% lower. It was a brand new and unopened device so it couldn't have been a condition issue. Anyway, then it took around two weeks to get paid. I chased multiple times and was given excuse after excuse. Promises of payments and calls that never arrived. I would save yourself some time and use a more established service in the future.

Dear Customer, We need to, and have the right to ask for documents before we can proceed with the payment, as this is to ensure that the device is legally yours and that you agree to sell it to us, according to our terms and conditions. We use it to confirm that the device has not been stolen, is not under any current contract with a network provider, as well as that the device was not provided by a corporation for business use. In your case we were unable to verify the legitimacy of your purchase, this is why we had to lower down the amount we can offer for your device, as buying such a device comes with risk for the consumer and the business, and therefore we need to get an insurance to protect ourselves. The phone (Apple iPhone 12 mini) I purchased from Smart Cellular was in immaculate condition - I honestly couldn't tell it wasn't brand new! There were a few minor comms glitches between order and delivery, however, hence removing a star from my rating!

Smart Cellular supplied a refurbished i phone which looked as new. It was straightforward to install the settings and my existing sim card. The only negative point was the delayed delivery.

I was searching for an I-phone XS and noticed that some other places did not use the original Apple battery. I found searching online the exact I-phone i wanted at a really good price too. I sent an email asking if it came with an original Apple battery, i was told yes it did so i placed an order. I got an extra 15% off in the sale which was great. It arrived today and is lovely and looks really nice, the condition is as stated-pristine. Thank you

AVOID THIS COMPANY Ordered an refurbished iPhone from them. This took ages to be delivered to the point I rang and cancelled as they could not give me a delivery date (it was always by next week) then suddenly got a text from royal mail saying my package would be delivered next day. The phone did come but not in the condition I ordered or the colour. Emailed to explain this and they offered me to return for a refund and would refund me the postage if I sent proof. Sent next day and emailed the proof, and they sent me my postage back. Royal mail tracker shows it to be delivered but after 2 months of it being sent I'm still yet to receive a refund. We are being told it's been escalated but nothing has come of this. Will now be going through my bank and speaking to trading standards about this matter. We have all email proof of this as they will only discuss through email.

I purchased an iPhone 13 Max Pro, Smart Cellular had them at the best price and were offering the best trade-in price too. The order was placed just after boxing day and was caught up in the high demand, when i emailed to find out where why it was delayed, customer services were very prompt in calling me within a couple of hours. The phone was purchased as "good" condition and arrived as expected, my only complaint was that it hadn't been completely wiped, which i did myself.

I selected and paid for an iPhone 13 in pristine condition, which according to the website should have no scratches on the screen, this was not the case with this phone. I have sent two emails outlining this issue without a reply. I have now decided to return it for a refund.

The phone was in excellent condition and appears to have a good battery life. The only problem was the length of time it took for the phone to arrive. I ordered on 10 December and it arrived on 8 January. They did email to apologise for the delay.
