“The lady I spoke to (Mary) was great , very pleasant and helpful but I much prefer to get paper tickets that I can print off myself when I book Tickets. Having to downloasd an app and then the tickets was very confusing to me. I also find it worrying that I can only download the tickets 24 hours before the event. If I struggle I will already have lost the cost of my travel and a hotel. I wont be booking tickets through you again. I like to know that everything is ok before I spend lots of money.”

Hello Cameron, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you found Mary helpful. The event organiser has decided to keep a hold on the barcodes until 24hrs before the event. This is in order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. Once the barcodes become available you do have the option to print out your tickets. Please see the FAQ below for further assistance on this. IJ Skiddle Customer Support Team

“10% booking fee is insane! Why can't the event holder pay it but the customers? They are the ones making profits! Why does rapid scan cost extra? It's a QR code which is standard nowadays! How can I opt out of rapid scan? Why don't I have access to my ticket yet that I want to print out? Why do I have wait several days? I don't have access to printers after the access to the PDF becomes available! I did not opt in to receive any more emails from skiddles, why do I get the spam asking me to review my experience?”

Hello There, Thank you for your feedback. As the face value ticket cost goes to the event organiser, Skiddle charge the customer for the use of our platform. You are not able to opt out of the Rapid Scan fee, as that goes towards the generation of your QR codes. In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. This will have been requested by the event organiser.
