The lady I spoke to (Mary) was great , very pleasant and helpful but I much prefer to get paper tickets that I can print off myself when I book Tickets. Having to downloasd an app and then the tickets was very confusing to me. I also find it worrying that I can only download the tickets 24 hours before the event. If I struggle I will already have lost the cost of my travel and a hotel. I wont be booking tickets through you again. I like to know that everything is ok before I spend lots of money.
