“Very bad experience. They sell more tickets than the venue can accommodate and then don't allow people to enter the event at the scheduled time. The venue's logistics and organisation are terrible.”

“Refused entry because my partner was wearing open toed shoes, nowhere on the T&c's does it state that closed toed shoes are a requirement or such information wasn't stated prior to purchasing the tickets online outside the venue. Disgraceful customer service from everybody involved!!”

“When you're on a timer for a gig that you think is going to sell out quickly you don't need it to a) ask you to submit a new password b) lose your tickets when you do a and c) have a really bad search function to find the event. Skiddle has always been good, but yesterday was a shocker.”
