“There is always lots of unnecessary add-ons when you get to the payment page, like express payment charge, what the hell is that? Not to mention the booking fee. They also promote using their app, what a nightmare, gave up and did it through their website.”

Hi Keith, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle is one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase, and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. “I waited approximately 50 minutes in the queue. It was annoying to have to start all over if a mistake was made. I also don't understand the system well enough to make any comments on it, but I was waiting just before start time and as the queopened I clicked on....how that left me to only get 4th release tickets is kind of ridiculous”

“I bought tickets for Balloons and Tunes Perth 2025, which was postponed until 2026, that was then cancelled and one email said they would get round to refunding, another said we only had 7 days following the email confirming cancellation! Day light robbery!! Disgusted, just theft in my eyes! Below it asks how long customers services took to respond to my email, they never!”

“Amazing line up, loved the event, the only reason I have given it 3 stars is we paid for VIP and it definitely wasn't a VIP experience. Poorly organised bar, long waiting times, my friend ordered a vodka soda and was given either a vodka lemonade or vodka tonic, which when you have salicylate intolerance and cannot tolerate quinine is not good, luckily I realised but then had to queue again to highlight the error at which point I was told there was no soda water. People could get close to the stage on the other side without being crushed, no VIP access to other stages which would have been great as they were packed. Only slight benefit was slightly nicer toilets. Would suggest that VIP needs to be reviewed in future. In short great event, fab line-up, just wished I hadn't paid the extra for VIP and wouldn't pay for it again unless it has a serious upgrade.”
