“Fees were significant and misrepresented on the app. £10 ticket, listed throughout at £11.25, final price £12 with seemingly optional "rapidscan" that couldn't be avoided.( It's a QR code, don't charge me for it.) Given that another option was trying to charge for a text message (25p) I am left with a poor opinion of the service trying to grab money at every opportunity. I'm sure the event itself could make excellent use of the extra 25% you just bunged on the admission price. There's a sweet spot and I think you are missing it. Would not have bothered to write a review of the platform, but you emailed me directly and it irked me enough that I thought you should know.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. LEB Skiddle Customer Support Team
