Nothing bad happened, just the user experience could be much better. The website is very dated and I couldn't donwload the ticket to apple wallet, it just didn't work.

I thought everything was great about this day festival and would recommend it except the food waiting time was not good. Between 5.30-6 pm it was 30 mins waiting time in the queue before even being served to take your order and then another 5-10 mins for your food. Please improve this for 2026. It wasn’t one single food place they all had long queues. Also chaos leaving the car park. No orderly queue. So cars pushing past you on both sides pushing in ahead of you and we had been waiting 30 mins longer yet so many cars pushed passed us and then grid locked. This could and should also be improved. For 2026 Love to see CHIC and Sister sledge was the best in 2025. Would give 5 stars if food was quicker and leaving the car park was more organised. Could there be more exits?

Unfortunately, this event was not as advertised on the leaflet, one music stand, and a lot of fairground rides which had to be paid for anyway. A little bit underwhelming.

I found it hard to negotiate and to download paper tickets. As an elderly person I like the reassurance of having a paper document.

I found it difficult to purchasing the tickets I.hsd to go on my bank mobile app for permisfion I eventually paid ny debit card. On purchasing tickets I had 3 options how to retrieve then all wnt to adverts or to get your app. Not impressed.

Found the experience very frustrating. All I wanted was to order tickets to the Chorley Flower Show, not to answer multiple questions and donate to charities or take up insurance options. My initial attempt at payment was not accepted (no, my time had not expired) and had to go through the procedure again. I did apply to the Harrogate Flower Show online and it was so easy and straight forward.

Booking Fee: Hi, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. OP Skiddle

Used skiddle a few times without problems and have an account.This time for some reason it wouldn't allow me to log into my account.Eventually got my tickets by checking out as a guest.
