It's frustrating, you choose the event from one source and when it sends you onto skiddle you have to find the event.

The booking was very easy but I’m a little disappointed in the booking fee costs then on top of that there is a handling fee!! What a joke.

It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. In addition to the booking fee, a delivery/processing fee is applied to cover the cost of delivering your ticket. This may include options such as Royal Mail, eTickets, or RapidScan tickets. I dunno what they did amazing about it. They're okay and serve the purpose, I guess. Gave one star less as there’s no support for PayPal and Amex, but kudos on accepting Apple Pay.

Having registered early, I wanted to book VIP tickets for the 2026 Noughty 90s festival in Newcastle. Which I’think’ I have done. When so go into your app I can see I’ve got 2 tickets but there’s no designation on the. So I’m hopeful they are what I tried to book Peter Barry-Davies

The booking system was fine but getting hold of the tickets is a problem I have paid for them and would like them in my posession and not wait till November 8th to download. I do not want to access the app I want a printed ticket in my hand . Thank you

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY In order to prevent ticket touting and unauthorised duplication, your Rapidscan barcodes may be temporarily suspended. This action is taken by the event organiser and not Skiddle. As a result, Skiddle cannot release your tickets any earlier than the specified date and time listed in your order. Have a lovely day! Easy to book tickets but unhappy that I could not use a credit card to pay. When buying tickets for a large group it’s not always possible to pay total amount upfront.

I have been able to locate your order due to this being a bingo event we are unable to allow tickets to be purchased with a credit card as UK law prohibits licensed gambling operators from accepting credit cards for gambling to protect consumers. I found it confusing. Events that were less of a match to my search criteria but we're more expensive, popped up in the results before my event did. That suggests that you prioritise sponsorship of UX.

I hate the fact that I am "encouraged" to go through the app for everything and that you can't just attach tickets to the confirmation email (meaning that whether I download a pdf or go through the app I still have to be online and navigate a load of screens, not easy or quick where internet services are unreliable
