Easy to use and received tickets instantly. Can only access tickets from the app however, no option to add to digital wallet. Also no option to pay with Google pay, just PayPal. In short, works OK but need bringing into this decade.

It was easy to book the weekend at rock the mote for 2 adults and 2 children, however I found it very hard to book the motorhome as it was under " accommodation" and not offered as a camping or caravaning option.

Although Skiddle seem to be a good agency for buying concert tickets, I personally donot like having to wait for tickets to be released weeks or even months after they have been paid for. I would prefer to have tickets immeadiately after being purchased.

Hey Peter, In order to prevent ticket touting and unauthorised duplication, your Rapidscan barcodes may be temporarily suspended. This action is taken by the event organiser and not Skiddle. As a result, Skiddle cannot release your tickets any earlier than the specified date and time listed in your order. Tickets will typically be available for download up to 1 day before the event. To check the availability of your tickets, follow these steps: - Skiddle App: Visit the 'Tickets' tab, then select your event. - Skiddle Website: Go to your Order History page to check the status of your tickets. I found it difficult to create an account and book/pay for my tickets before I was timed out at which time I had to re-input all my information again in the hope I didn't lose my selected seats in the meantime. I think that a longer window should be provided to giive you enough time to collate your information and maybe purchasing through Paypal would make it simpler as your address and payment details would be automatically available. This survey is premature as I have not received my ticket information or received the tickets through the mail as the survey continues to request details about.

Bought tickets for the Wakefield Oktoberfest. Arrived and advised that we must have a £5 cash deposit for the stein. Apparently we should have received an email to tell us. We hadn't. Surprised given the cost of the ticket the stein's aren't included. Tried to pay the deposit on card £2.50 charge each (or one fee if deposits paid together). Had to pop out for cash. Wasn't ready on time, a bit of a shambles and not worth the money.

Hi Karen, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email.
