Once ticket was bought, downloading the ticket from the email did not appear to work properly and was confusing. I wasn’t reassured that I had a ticket. On the door they had to look for my name on their app.

The checkout process could have been improved by separating the numerous questions and options onto different pages. It's difficult knowing what you're opting into or out of when it's all splurged so close together. Separate pages would have given the physical and mental space to help the user understand each a bit better.

The payment journey was not easy to navigate and took multiple attempts to get the multifactor authorisation code, then when I selected stay in touch like manic it worked without MFA. Needs working on

Terrible, the facebook log in was broken so I had to use the guest route. However the app did pick up my tickets so that wwas good.

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended and are unavailable to download until a specific date set by the promoter. Buying the tickets was easy but I think you should allow people to refund tickets without being so strict on it . Paid nearly £30 and couldn’t even end up attending and wasn’t allowed to refund it because of the strict rules.

Hi There, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As agreed upon purchase, Skiddle's refund policy is as follows: refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed. This is due to the funds belonging to the event organiser rather than Skiddle. As for Refund Protection, this is delivered by a third party company, TicketPlan, who have their own terms and conditions as agreed upon purchase. Logged in and could not book the early release tickets even though I logged in at release time. When I logged out and back in I had to buy 3rd release tickets which was more expensive. Then tried to charge to get me to add addition services on.

I was struggling to make an account and tried more than once, and I didn’t receive my booking confirmation until later in the evening of the day I booked. I booked tickets in the morning.
