You’ve got to make it easier for people to understand tickets and it’s like why does my ticket say Saturday only? It’s confusing. Apart from that it’s all good.

Everything is mostly great but,however you choose to frame it for everyone out here in the general public, the fact that you make extra money by charging for things that were once free is quite frankly disgusting. I am talking about things like booking fees (doesn't cost anything) sending people their tickets by email (email is free) and disguising a new cost under, wait for it, RapidScan. This we're told by you is to cover the cost of Scan tech, how much is that cost to you exactly? Because you are making a tonne of cash from charging everyone a RapidScan fee. And there is no chance the significant amounts of extra cash you're making is used to simply cover the costs of scanning. A 5 star experience that drops to 3 stars for cynical price manipulation of hard working customers. Enough already.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. To retireve my ticket I needed to add the last digits of the card number used, I didn't use a card I paid by Paypal and no option to retireve my ticket was given for paypal.

Even though I chose to continue as a guest, I was unable to continue with my purchase without making a password. I don’t want an account!!!! I was then told I would immediately receive an email with my downloadable tickets attached. The email was there but it said the tickets won’t be available to download and print off the day before the event. Do why was I told they would be there? My experience would have been so much better if the information given was truthful.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. In order to prevent ticket touting and unauthorised duplication, your Rapidscan barcodes may be temporarily suspended. This action is taken by the event organiser and not Skiddle. As a result, Skiddle cannot release your tickets any earlier than the specified date and time listed in your order. It was a bit of a nightmare as the website went down for a while. My booking of tickets was important as I needed confirmation before booking the hotel I wanted where there was limited availability. Staff at central booking weren't aware of the problem with the website until I rang them.

Booking was fine but downloading the tickets was terrible! I clicked the email link to download a pdf, the page loaded, I assumed it contained the actual pdf and barcodes but no it was a page with links to each ticket individually (why??). Didn’t notice until I got to the venue, no signal, had to walk back towards home an extra 30 mins round trip to get enough bloody signal to download the individual tickets. Honestly was a nightmare and felt like a stupid way for Skiddle to do it. Also don’t say the link is to a pdf of the tickets if it’s not!

Payment window took time to load and failed with PayPal, so I had to go back and start again, this time using a credit card, which went through. The ticket price was bumped up by the fees, so check before paying.

You can purchase tickets through signing up as a guest, and we can send the ticket confirmation to your email. If you did not recieve the confirmation email the first time, you may have entered your email incorrectly. I really don't like having to download yet another App and clutter my phonr. I want to be able to print my ticket at the point of purchase. And i find that having an online ticket causes delays when the signal is weak and the network is congested.
