Hi Ali, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Approximately 10 minutes after I booked I received a code ‘ iit1fr33 ’ which would have saved me over £40 on my booking. Very frustrating.”

Hi Louise, Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle is a self-service platform and the event organisers determine the ticket pricing structure themselves. Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase and Skiddle have no control over this. In the circumstances that promoters run a promotion\offer\reduction on the price of tickets, we're unfortunately unable to issue a refund. Ticket prices are set by the promoter, so any queries regarding this are to be taken up with them directly. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Feel as though I’ve been scammed clicked on the link off the company’s instagram took me to skiddle. Tickets were meant to be £39.20 (they weren’t sold out yet) the only tickets you showed was £50.20. I had to buy them because I wanted to go. 10 minutes after I bought them I went back on your website to see if it had changed and the tickets were there for 39.20. I feel scammed.”

We do thorough moderation checks every day to ensure listings are up to Skiddle’s standard. Skiddle do not recommend selling nor purchasing tickets from third-party sites. “I was happy how everything went, my only problem was the amount of time before it disconnects you, I realise this is probably my fault but if you are not use to paying things online you need more time ,it took me three attempts to finally purchase tickets , luckily I had my son close by to help.”
