Usually ticket purchases are fine, this time you asked me to change my password then didnt accept any of my choices, really not good

Easy to order ticket. Be aware that not all ticket buyers are from the area where events are being held. In my experience, I am not from Brighton, and the address provided is not specified the actual location of the event ( ie, direction, etc…). If someone is from out of town, they will be spending time finding the actual location of the event due to unfamiliarity of the area

Hi Eleanor, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. After buying 2 tickets for the balloon show I will never use skiddele again .Just about to buy tickets for skeggy reggae.noticed diddle was ther how about a refund sat in traffic over 2 hrs wasted day

Ordered my ticket paying £11, only to not be let in. Whilst people who didn't have tickets were let in. i want a full refund

I don't like app. They drain memory on phone. Just like email with QR code. Book by advert on Google.

Refused entry because my partner was wearing open toed shoes, nowhere on the T&c's does it state that closed toed shoes are a requirement or such information wasn't stated prior to purchasing the tickets online outside the venue. Disgraceful customer service from everybody involved!!
