It kept timing out and tat was really frustrating as I had to re-enter all my personal details and bank information. Some of us need more time to complete the purchase.

I tried to list a ticket I had bought for an earlier gig that I couldn't go to. The website said resell wasn't available yet the event was being advertised as being sold out on your website. I know people who were looking for tickets and closer to the date resell did become available and I directed them to your website after registering my ticket correctly for resale by you guys .. yet it didn't sell .. despite being "sold out" .. and this is with the extra insurance, which is a complete waste of time with so many exclusions in the cover. I will be using other agents in future. Society needs to go back to cash on the door.

Hi George, Thanks for your feedback. Re:Sell is a feature offered by Skiddle that allows you to resell your ticket(s), provided two criteria are met: The ticket type you purchased must be sold out. Note: "Currently unavailable" or "not on sale" tickets do not qualify for resale. The event promoter must have enabled the Re:Sell feature for that specific event. If your order is not eligible for Re:Sell, it means the promoter has not opted into this option for that event. Due to this being ultimately up to the event organisers, this is not within Skiddle's control. If Re:sell is unavailable due to the reasons outlined above, you can privately transfer your ticket(s) to someone else. Very quick in providing tickets but should be able to download tickets immediately..I now find myself with the cost taken immediately yet tickets cant be downloaded till end of March next year..makes me anxious but did this last year for the same band and all ended up well

In order to prevent ticket touting and unauthorised duplication, your Rapidscan barcodes may be temporarily suspended. This action is taken by the event organiser and not Skiddle.
