Clearly never had any early bird 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th release as I was on to tickets in less than 15 seconds and I could only get full price. Don't mind paying the full price but it's principle.

Ordered 3 tickets for an event the day before the event was due to take place, The event was cancelled on the day it was due to happen due to low ticket sales which I understand. Was told I would receive a refund, I expected a full refund the tickets and booking fee cost me £34.50, only had £30 refunded to my account! The cancellation of the event was not my fault. Very disappointed that I did not receive the full refund. I am now out of pocket by £4.50 wihy?

Hi Jayne, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. I paid £12 for a ticket. The gig got rescheduled, I was refunded £10. I bought a ticket for the rescheduled show , it cost me £12. I am aggrieved and out of pocket, I have been stiffed. Other companies would have avoided the refund and re-purchase scenario. I will think twice about buying from Skiddle again

My event was cancelled. Because I had x2 bookings I lost a total of £9.65 to booking fees and handling fee which Skiddle took!!!!!!

I’m really disappointed with Skiddle’s refund policy. When an event was cancelled, I expected to get my full ticket amount back. Instead, Skiddle deducted fees and only refunded part of what I paid. It feels unfair to lose money for something that wasn’t my fault. Other ticket platforms refund the full amount when events are cancelled, so I don’t see why Skiddle can’t do the same. I won’t be using them again.

On Thursday 11 Sept. 2025 at ~8.30pm, I completed all the online form details (including credit card data) to purchase a weekend ticket (Fri 12 Sept to Sat 13 Sept 25) for Avonstock; just after completion, the webpage disappeared - I don't know whether the purchase went through or not. Tried to contact Skiddle support, but telephone message says nobody available until 11:00 am tomorrow (i.e. when I expect to be entering the festival). It is not obvious whether there is any means of checking whether a transaction went through, even though the site requires a purchaser to create a password for such purposes. Unreliable website & unhelpful service.

Tried to book Sammy virji tickets even got to pay at one point and paid with my card for them to be taken away once payment had gone through. Site constant glitching even after waiting in queue for 45 mins.

I ordered two tickets for me and my wife for Aura Night Club in Aberdeen. We paid over 16 pounds with insurance. We arrived before 10 pm. Club should be open at 10 pm, but there was dark inside. Nobody was there. We were waiting almost until 11 pm. Nobody opened the club. I wanted to request refund, but I wasn't entitled to. And I paid for insurance. I can have refund only if party is cancelled or postponed. On the system it wasn't looking like cancelled. It was looking like it took place, but club was closed. I can't have refund for fake parties, which don't exist and for closed clubs. I lost trusting to skiffle, because they probably sell tickets for fake parties.
