I bought a ticket for in it together but i just had a family emergency and it said i cannot refund so i lost £44 so please skiddle can you refund me

Can’t fault the bands tonight (23/5/26)but the total lack of understanding on the part of the organisers who should know better was appalling. Over an hours wait to get to the bar so missed a lot of the support acts. They may have apologised during the show but they should know better. Spoilt the night really. Very amateurish on their part. Driven by greed. Too many tickets sold, well above what they were capable of accommodating. The organisers need to do better and most certainly should apologise

It was awful. There were sniffer dogs but no ID checks - and half the crowd were no more than 16 years old. The bars served spirits IN CANS - and looked like the kind of set ups you find at your local fair. The Glitterbox room was empty and souless and the rest of the spaces were rammed and pushy & shovy and full of horrifically dressed children. The sound system was awful and nobody seemed to notice or cared how bad it was. It was the very worst of the Home Counties and none of the London vibe we were expecting. We left after an hour. I’d rather have haemorrhoids lanced with no anaesthetic than darken those doors again.

Fuming spent £276 7 tickets see 1 man fin Taylor he wasn't there ... Legitimately advertised till last minute... No change schedule I feel completely robbed... Absolute clowns to not refund me money!!!! Don't waste Ur money company a complete joke... Not in good way thieving bastards

Usually, when I order tickets on line, I can quickly download an e-ticket. Not so with Skiddle. Some of us are less computer savvy than others. I didn't expect to have to download the app, and did not find it straightforward to access the tickets.

Tried to order tickets to fantazia early bird, sysytem was down and not letting mne order. Got a text meaage to say all up and running now, weny back on and they had all sold out.

Purchased standard tickets that were full price, from the same page as a current offer with 50% discount was on...Why show 2 offers when clearly the discounted offer is the best deal. Waited a long long long time for customer service call.

To quickly locate your ticket order, use our Order Finder Tool available at: www.skiddle.com/orders/orderfinder.php To successfully retrieve your order, please enter all of the following information exactly as it was used at checkout: - Surname (last name of the person who placed the order) - Last 4 digits of the payment card used to make the purchase - Phone number provided at the time of booking - Total order amount (e.g. £28.50) Make sure all the details match exactly with what was entered when the order was placed. Not Happy with their customer service. Was very disappointed when I couldn’t attend an event on Saturday. Paid for ticket protection thinking it was beneficial. Listed for resell. No communication from them and they seem to be very arrogant about how they go about their business. Will be using DICE next time.

Glitches, PayPal took my money but no ticket. Then money was refunded. This happened 3 times, I gave up in the end.
