The event I booked has changed date and I wasn’t notified. I have gone to download the tickets ready for the weekend to see the event has been postponed. I am on holiday for the new date and haven’t been given the option of a refund. Even though the date hasn’t passed and I wasn’t notified of the change of date. The venue hasn’t even added on social media to inform ticket holders of the change of date! On the page to request a refund it says I can’t because the date has passed 27/04/24 when todays date is 25/04/24

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Feel as though I’ve been scammed clicked on the link off the company’s instagram took me to skiddle. Tickets were meant to be £39.20 (they weren’t sold out yet) the only tickets you showed was £50.20. I had to buy them because I wanted to go. 10 minutes after I bought them I went back on your website to see if it had changed and the tickets were there for 39.20. I feel scammed.

Hi Ellie, Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle is a self-service platform and the event organisers determine the ticket pricing structure themselves. Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase and Skiddle have no control over this. In the circumstances that promoters run a promotion\offer\reduction on the price of tickets, we're unfortunately unable to issue a refund. We do thorough moderation checks every day to ensure listings are up to Skiddle’s standard. Skiddle do not recommend selling nor purchasing tickets from third-party sites. You are advertising an event at the Pike and Eel Daventry this Saturday, you don't have permission by the owners of this establishment to go ahead. So no one will be allowed entry into this location

I booked tickets through Skiddle for the Rockin chair Wrexham. The gig was cancelled. And Skiddle didn’t inform me and kept the booking fee!

Hi Ian, Thank you for your feedback. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Despite the event organiser cancelling the event our services had still be used therefore the booking fee stands. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. It was a very bad experience. I had to get my tickets 3 times more expensive because of you. I was on the 60 top and fpr your fault i have to pay for the tickets 3 times more. I honestly don't think it's fair and you should compensate in some way.

The queue system was pretty shocking waited in the the pre sale line for hours before hand just for it to kick me and restart the process and end up costing me more

Terrible. I was in the waiting room for hours to make sure I got in on time. Then when it finally let me buy tickets, it refreshed and prompted me to rejoin the queue. Eventually I got tickets but only barely as it was third release. So I ended up paying way more than early bird prices. Not impressed. Do better.

We paid £10 for a ticket saying it was open until 2am. The venue shut at 12:45. We were asked to leave at 12:45 and we were misled. I am very disappointed.

The event I bought tickets for was falsely advertised and there is no cool off period on the tickets. Waste of £60! As per the pictures, the event says the line up is made up of Sidney Charles, Kolter, Luuk van dijk, and locklead. However, the actual event has a different line up which isn’t evident on the event description, only when you look at the graphic (which is hard to see), you can see the line up is different. This was massively misleading and falsely advertised.

I had this ticket as I saw an instagram story promoting Nadal, which I like, but when I pay for it and receive the confirmation I saw another name which was not the artist I intented to see. I was quite dissapointed and contact the organizer for a refund. Until this day I didn't receive either a refund or a responce from the organicers.

Hi, Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Please be aware, that Skiddle's refund policy is as follows: Face-value refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed as agreed upon purchase. Any other refunds have to be authorised by the event organiser. We don't recommend buying tickets using links which aren't provided by Skiddle. LEB Skiddle Customer Support
