I have tried to book two more tickets via the app, this has been impossible to get seats which are available next to each other. I have to go back to intstagram and start from the beginning, very unnecessary and time consuming, as well as very frustrating

I logged on with the code to put in for early access and cheaper tickets. I did this in a timely manner but there was no cheaper tickets, early birds. I got the first release. About ten minutes later the early birds were now for sale. This is the second time this has happened.

I got double charged for two sets of two tickets and its a ball ache to get a pdf version of the tickets and they dont download as a double

Worst event i have ever atteneded. My child fell face first into mud and injured herself within 30 mins. Avoid at all costs.

If I could put 0 stars I would !! I am a single mother who paid over the odds for an event that I feel cheated of! My children’s sake were bored the rides were shocking. No stilt walkers. No fire breathers. No bonfires. Fireworks that were shockingly rubbish and lasted 5 mins. Absolutely carnage getting out the venue. Never again!!!! I am appalled

If I could give this a zero I would! Fireworks didn’t even last 5 mins. Sparkles would last longer! Cost us as a family £78! NEVER AGAIN!

Although the process is simple I object to paying a booking fee - there is no choice or option but to pay fee. I would prefer to purchase a hard copy ticket without incurring an obligatory extra cost. Should the system fail I would have proof payment

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. I got refund protection. To then be told I can only have a refund for the most ridiculous reasons. Sayinf I need to show them a death certificate if there was a death in my family, but it had to be from a non- pre existing illness?? This should be clearly stated. I am now loosing £60 even after paying extra for refund protection. I will not be using skiddle again I also have been on hold for 45 mins to customer help.

Your ap was difficult to use and I struggled to locate the ticket I purchased. Making it mandatory to download tickets to your as is a complete no-no. Go back to postal tickets!!
