Really disappointed in this event which we attended today. There was only one monster truck - bike show was fine but no hot air balloons at all ! Not worth the high entry fee for basically a fair. Food prices were extortionate too!! Disabled parking non existent and lacked signage and organisation as only a sign on road saying Motorfest ?? Just so disappointing and not worth 40.00 to get in for 3 adults IMO

For those attending Castlecroft Music Festival at the rugby club, it may have been fine. For local residents it was a nightmare having to spend the day in doors with windows closed. Please turn down the volume!! Please pass on.

Absolutely awful experience very disappointing, every drink we ordered you didn’t have, toilets were awful vey early in the day. Not a good experience at all, so here we are at Wetherspoons, arrived Astoria around 5 left early terrible and very expensive entry

We booked in on the day after checking the website and the balloon ascent was not cancelled. We travelled over 1 hour and found out that the balloon festival has been cancelled. It was not just waste of money but also time and energy

Poor policies and practices particularly around insurance and cancellation. Used again grudgingly but wouldn’t recommend based to past experiences.

Bought an early bird ticket for an event. As soon as the early bird tickets were sold, the tickets went to less than half the price

My event was rescheduled meaning I could never t attend. As it was a birthday I made other plans. They then emailed to say the event was back on. There appears to be no way of getting my money back. Feel like I have been conned.

Terrible show, they sold me a parking ticket for £17 and it was free parking. the show was terrible with not enough food/water vans and no ice cream van (it was one of the hottest days of the year). absolute rip off.

Awful. It's a scam. I was number43 in the "waiting room" for juvy tickets yet when I came to the top the first 3 tiers of cheaper tickets had apparently sold out. There are more than 15 tickets per price tier. You pack hundreds in the venue. You just make everyone pay top price

I was looking forward to the event with my 10 year old godson and what a disappointment. It didn’t have a food court, it had to vans selling overpriced goods of the same thing. A small portion of chips £6 and an hotdog £8 is crazy. The bike shows and quads were good but all the waiting around was crazy. Nothing to do other than the fair which again £5 for a ride is a joke and it didn’t really cater for his age. There was no where to sit except a small bit of grass to sit in as it was a dust floor. And everyone wanted that grass. The monster truck not only did it get stuck but we couldn’t hear the questions and answers so I googled it for him. Then it stayed on Info he could ride on it and he wasn’t allowed as not offered. The parking was well run and easy but I think the most fun for him was the foam spray at the end. Most adults I spoke to thought the same. Wouldn’t go again, not worth it at all
