Hi I put 2 simply as I emailed about accessibility. I know the Christmas and new year holiday but I've still had no reply! Still need help.parking where .is the 3 hrs parking for blue badge holders as well. Can I bring chairs along with my powered wheel chair. Can I bring water to take medication.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Had real issues trying to buy tickets. Paid with paypal but confirmation wasnt sent .eventually payment timed out after a couple of days . I tried so many times and the situation kept happening. I eventually set up skiddle account and then the transaction went through easily.

We will never go to this again after what was a shambles of a show as we couldn't see anything and the act was nothing like k-pop.. we left 20 mins in to the show as my child was very stressed due not getting a glimpse of the performance . The adults was pushing there wat to the front of the stage with children on there shoulders so all the smaller kids at the back couldn't see...absolutely should've got a refund as we was only there 20 minutes..very disappointed and felt so bad for our child who was looking forward to it for weeks but was very upset and left very 😞 and just wanted to go home

Went on the website purchased a ticket all well and good but then said I have to download an app to get my actual ticket. I tried doing it but with no success I’m stuck there what do I do?

Easy enough to use but doesn’t answer any questions I had. Chat bot was we’ll a chocolate tea pot was more useful then that. Q&A doesn’t answer anything to do with blue light… Email well it says pretty much dont use it and the same with the phone line.

Does not take AMEX Populated fields were cleared when I scrolled down so I had to re-enter information Too many steps just to download the tickets onto your phone Tickets under same booking are separate PDFs/QR codes rather than just one PDF/QR code per booking so all have to be downloaded and saved separately

Regarding downloading separate PDFs per ticket, this can allow tickets within the booking to be divided and shared, ensuring each person can hold their own ticket and enter the event individually. Joined the pre-sale queue for Fatboy Slim on Brighton Beach July 18th (he's playing the 17th and 19th too) and there was around 10k ahead of me. It advised wait times and that this time and person count data would be updated at set time intervals. Not only did those intervals change but there was no warning this waiting was in vain as just I was about to be allowed to buy it sold out ! Now I know you can't predict how many tickets are bought per customer and the site did of course then say hey ! Don't worry ! Why not try another date ? Fine, looks for the button or banner. Nothing. Search the site, no record of these gigs. No indication whatsoever of how I navigate to queue for another date. So I went in to my email account, found the invitation for pre-sale the selected the 19th. Bingo I'm in ! And I got my tickets. But come on, why make it so hard ????? Just give us a button or write the instructions on how we do it ourselves in words. Make it easy for a customer to give you money, we shouldn't have to guess.

Really hard to access tickets - required me to download an app or a PDF. Just attach it to the email, will make it so much easier and more people will use it.
