Just returned from Bromsgrove Music festival absolutely shocking, beer stupid price and choice shocking, carling come on who still drinks that and the only larger, cider all flavoured sweet horrible ciders, staff don’t listen shocking, food had a cone of chips which absolutely was shocking for £5 wouldn’t even fill a 1 year old for )5 come on. Music was ok but drinks mainly sort it out terrible and way too expensive.

The event specifics weren’t shared upfront so the process required signing up and sharing data. This may be the event organiser in tandem with Skiddle. The experience didn’t feel modern and field design mirrored early web.

Bought tickets but can't download them for another 8 weeks and was told to 'please return later'. If you purchase something downloadable it should be available straightaway. If there was a warning that tickets purchased would not be available for a couple of months I missed it. Not the greatest experience.

Skiddle said they would notifie me when ticketa were relesed. Was statead 6:30pm. By 5:30pm most had sold out leaveing myself to pay for the more exspensive ones .

Hi Izzy, Thank you for your feedback. Please be aware that Skiddles' refund policy states that refunds can only be issued if events are cancelled or postponed. Skiddle cannot issue refunds without direct authorisation from the event organiser or venue. This means, that we need written proof that the event organiser has agreed to a refund. I hope this helps. I hate the skiddle app, most places I book I can immediately add tickets to Google wallet so they are all in one place. With skiddle I've had to download yet another app when it's only one of my regular venues that uses it.

I understand your frustration with not being able to add your event tickets to your Google Wallet; however, at the moment, we do not support Google Wallet for adding tickets. There are other ways to access your tickets without downloading the app, for example, downloading the PDF and screenshotting it to your camera roll. I hope this helps. TA Skiddle Customer Support

Hi Jason, Thank you for your feedback. Booking fees are applied to cover the costs of providing a secure ticketing service. We pay the full face value of your ticket to the event organiser, and the booking fee helps us cover the overheads involved in processing your order. The Rapid scan fee supports the systems used to dispatch your order or the technology used for scanning and validating your ticket at the event. It's clearly shown during checkout. I hope this helps. Several attempts to process my payment and kept getting a payment declined. I had to process tickets and car parking as 2 separate transactions. I was anxious that the limited tickets would no longer be avaliable due to the multiple attempts that I had to make before my transactions finally processed.
