Having to download the app for 1 ticket is really poor. I way prefer the download the PDF ticket but even that was quite difficult and it was very clear that the two barcodes were separate downloads - the page was very confusing and it took me a while to work it out.

No idea nor does anyone else know whats meant by first release and second release. You couldnt buy 4 tickets at once which means taking a chance buying 2 or 3 as you not sure you will get 4 so we ended up just buying 2. Why different donation costs!!!!!

Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase. Very difficult to book when disabled says on site that there is a form but there isn't. Have to pay for one full price and send proof for the other cares ticket when you actually ring customer service .will put people of also have to download app to get tickets took me 2 days

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. In regards to your carer ticket request, we have to use the process we do as we require evidence of needing a carer ticket before adding these to your order. OP Skiddle

The UX/UI of the app is poor. The bottom parts of it where you are required to select a radio button are grey and the text also so it’s looks disabled and like something is wrong. I assumed I didn’t need to press these because the confirm purchase button was active even when they weren’t selected. The button should be disabled until all is complete, or if try to press button an error inline should appear by the ones not filled in. I only managed to do it by pressing about a bit

Skiddle advertise a price for vouchers early and then charge holding and booking fees on top,don't advertise a price and then charge extra,it's disgusting and deceitful

Yet another company adding additional unwanted extras on to a ticket price. I don't want a scannable ticket and even though it's only 75p for one (in addition to the booking fee), I resent being forced to pay for something I didn't ask for and won't use.

I ordered and payed for tickets. But was unable to download or print them off. I downloaded the app but still couldn't do it. When I arrived at the event, I explained to the organisers on the gate and showed photos I took of proof of purchase and gave my name. He was very helpful and let us in. But I did waste a lot of time trying to print the tickets. Also it was stressful.

Poorly organised event, it was a hot day and it felt very crowded, the bar was not fully stocked with drinks running out quickly and the queue was cramped. The music/DJ were good and decent sound quality, but the lights were also limited and it felt like the organisation for this event was rushed when there was a whole park near the location that could have been utilised. The Southport event last year was a much better venue, with space to seat after standing and dancing for long period of time. There was no clear plan for safety in terms of medic support, which was a concern. It was dissapointing given how significantly better Southport was last year. The drinks prices also were expensive. I do not feel the venue was suitable for this event.

It seems a shame that the event highlighted as a monster truck show, which all the kids and adults were looking forward to seeing, reduced to a 10 minute set only, discounting the promised 2 truck show as advertised. This seems like we paid entry to a much anticipated show for 10 minutes. Some of the side shows were good. But ultimately the selling point of this show were the monster trucks. We paid to use the fairground is the opinion of many. Feels a bit underhand to say the least.

Attended Girlie Pop event today with my daughter and to be honest if I was to summarise the event and experience in one word it would be carnage. Very badly organised, queues within queues which appeared to be going nowhere. They ran out of food leaving a lot of hungry children with parents having to order takeaways to be delivered and then got told they had to eat it in the street outside the venue. The cleanliness of the place was disgusting and needed a deep clean absolutely bogging. Really disappointed with some of the acts too they were awful. For the price we paid for tickets it just not on. The number of angry parents and upset children was a joke!

Just been to an event "Could be real" at Newstead Abby paid for VIP ticket, what a waste of money, the VIP area was on a piece of grass with a bar and a DJ the stage was nowhere near the VIP area. I didn't pay to listen to a DJ The toilets were in the trees, I would never pay for VIP at this event again. Complete waste of money. 😡
