“I hate the fact that I am "encouraged" to go through the app for everything and that you can't just attach tickets to the confirmation email (meaning that whether I download a pdf or go through the app I still have to be online and navigate a load of screens, not easy or quick where internet services are unreliable”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. If you are still having difficulty getting your tickets, please contact customer support directly with your order details. We are available via phone, email and chat bot (help.skiddle.com). “I live in Ireland and I booked 2 tickets for Boney M in Lichfield Cathedral on 29th August and yesterday my daughter said that she would also like to come with us and I immediately booked a ticket on the Skiddle website as it is very essy to do so with no fuss and you know exactly the view that you will have because of the very good way Skiddle have the plan of the venue. I was able to get a seat really close to the other 2 seats which im delighted with. Thank you and keep up the great work. Martin Jameson”
