You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “I don't agree with these Ticket Booking sites as they charge when they actually do anything for the customer. I've been charged £1.25 per ticket for absolutely nothing!! Why can't events just sell their tickets via their own website. Rail tickets & hotel bookings are made without extra charges so don't understand why you have to add your extra fees.”
