Hi Patricia , Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. “Poor search options that arent accurate. Being logged in, out and having to reset passwords several times despite using the exact password between browser and application gives a terrible user experience.”

“Booked the wrong day for an event, paid for refund protection but soon realised it’s a scam as there need to be very specific situations where you allowed a refund. I’ve now bought tickets for the actual day I want and still have tickets for the day I can’t attend. After I go to this event I’ll be deleting the app and making sure to let people know what your “ refund protection” actually means.”

Hi George, Thanks for your feedback. Refund Protection does not cover you if you simply are unable to attend the event. It is an opt-in service and when you opt in, you agree that you have read the Refund Protection terms & conditions. Due to this reason, no refund can be offered due to the refund not being within Skiddle's terms and conditions and Ticket Plan Refund Protection I hope this helps! TA Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Tried booking within 1 min of tickets going on sale. Chose tickets which it accepted and all seemed fine, went to pay and was then told none available. Tried again and couldn’t get electric hook up. Phoned my friend who tried and they got hook up straight away. Same thing happened last year ☹️”
