“Northern/70’s all dayer. We’ve listened to all the feedback both positive and negative and a few things being implemented to improve the experience for everyone. More seating and tables on the ground floor will be put in. A no drinks on the dancefloor policy implemented with loads of signs in place.”

“I was unable to use my American Express card or PayPal to pay via American Express after multiple attempts. This is not the first time it happens to me when booking via Skiddle. Why offer it if you know it won’t work? Very disappointing and confusing – it wastes people’s time”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “easy to use after goining through all the fill them in boxes used apple pauy and that normally populates your information. I had used skiddle before but it didnt recognise my email or passwaortd (saved on iphone) let see how it plans out in the future”

“The additional fees are extortionate. To be charged £4.65 in various fees on a ticket that costs £30 is daylight robbery. I cannot fathom the justification for charging £1.60 to email and e-ticket. If I could purchase a ticket on a different platform for the same event then I would.”

Hi Phil, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email.
