“Tried booking within 1 min of tickets going on sale. Chose tickets which it accepted and all seemed fine, went to pay and was then told none available. Tried again and couldn’t get electric hook up. Phoned my friend who tried and they got hook up straight away. Same thing happened last year ☹️”

“Purchasing process was fine although the last questions that I don’t really understand why you need. Quite disappointed to see I have to download an app to get my tickets.”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders.
