“Dear Skiddle Customer Support, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my booking (Order 260602-102940-6319) for the Viva Reggaeton – Colombia vs Portugal World Cup Live Screening on 27 June 2026. I purchased 5 tickets for this event. However, due to extremely poor organisation, excessive queues, and safety issues, only 2 out of the 5 people in my group were able to enter. The remaining 3 ticket holders were never able to access the venue, despite having valid tickets. The event was severely overcrowded, the queue management was unacceptable, and there were fights breaking out while people were waiting to enter. The lack of organisation meant that many attendees, including members of my group, were unable to enter the event they had paid for. This experience was extremely disappointing and did not reflect what was advertised. As we paid for five tickets but only two people were admitted, I believe it is reasonable to request a refund for the three unused tickets. I would also appreciate an explanation of how this situation occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again.”

“Easy to order ticket. Be aware that not all ticket buyers are from the area where events are being held. In my experience, I am not from Brighton, and the address provided is not specified the actual location of the event ( ie, direction, etc…). If someone is from out of town, they will be spending time finding the actual location of the event due to unfamiliarity of the area”

Hi Eleanor, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email.
