You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “I definitely wouldn't choose to use Skiddle but had no other option. Had various problems trying to buy tickets, twice even though the tickets were supposed secured for 7 mins, the no of tickets I wanted were not available after I checked out with Paypal and I received an error message having to start again twice. The only tickets left after that for the third try were much higher in price than the original ones I had in my basket so had no option but to buy these. Also had a problem with adding the refund insurance to my order, had to refresh to get it added. So problematic just to buy tickets. So not recommended in the slightest.”

“This year my experience of ordering tickets for love rocks festival was extremely frustrating!!! I tried many times from 7pm when the tickets were released and most of that evening starting again at 7.30 am until around 10 am when I finally managed to secure them. Each time I had to fill in all the info again.”

“Trying to book ticket's on this app is awful. There must be a easier way to do it. Knocked me off twice then had to to it a third time,if it hadn't of work that time. I'd of bought the ticket's elsewhere.”
