“Joined the que at 8:30 eventually got through at 8:55am went to pay and was taken to the front of the que again and the tickets price had increased from eighty something to £90 something, the same thing happened! The third time the price had increased again to £105.00 which we had no option but to pay. Great way of making money for you and a bad experience for me. I have attended for 3 years now…. I won’t be returning again!”

“Wasn’t allowing me to purchase my ticket in a payment plan. Every time I put it in my basket to pay it wouldn’t let me pay which I tried 3 times. In the end I had to buy the full price ticket.”
