“Refund policy too strict. We are only human every one makes mistakes a 24hr window cancellation policy not even in place for booking errors! Appalling. Instead capitalising on genuine honest booking mistakes. I contacted your company regarding a mistake within minutes of making the order - yet you do nothing to help and just take the money.”
