“Over £7 in handling charges for an e ticket - very disappointed”

Hi Eleanor, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. “After buying 2 tickets for the balloon show I will never use skiddele again .Just about to buy tickets for skeggy reggae.noticed diddle was ther how about a refund sat in traffic over 2 hrs wasted day”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “Refused entry because my partner was wearing open toed shoes, nowhere on the T&c's does it state that closed toed shoes are a requirement or such information wasn't stated prior to purchasing the tickets online outside the venue. Disgraceful customer service from everybody involved!!”

“When you're on a timer for a gig that you think is going to sell out quickly you don't need it to a) ask you to submit a new password b) lose your tickets when you do a and c) have a really bad search function to find the event. Skiddle has always been good, but yesterday was a shocker.”
