“Did not provide me my ticket. Lost £400 as a result, poor customer service spent days trying to get ahold of them & did not support me in either providing ticket or refund. Why companies use this platform, I’ll never know.”

“Ordering process was quick and simple, but disappointed that I was unable to print the tickets off immediately as they were an 80th birthday present that I wanted to include with the birthday card I was sending. I have had to write an explanation with a commitment to printing off the tickets at a later date. All very unsatisfactory - especially as this only comes to light after the financial transaction is completed. This should be made clearer beforehand so that consideration can be afforded as to whether to continue.”

“Clunky, I tried booking a ticket and I was locked on one screen because some info was missing, I reentered the info and finally got to payment page, this was lengthy because I again had to reenter the same info, anyway I missed out on 1 ticket because it timed out.”
