Purchased tickets for Saturday night for Britfest Our mistake should have been the Friday for the artists we wanted to see. skiddle bounce back and forth to then say they can’t do anything and even says I may just get ignored

Can someone please explain why the Girlypop Freight Island tickets are now 2 for £22 when we are led to believe the early bird tickets are cheaper, I’ve paid £27 each! Doesn’t make any sense to me.

You can purchase tickets through signing up as a guest, and we can send the ticket confirmation to your email. If you did not recieve the confirmation email the first time, you may have entered your email incorrectly. The booking for Ramblin Roots Revue was fine but I lost over ÂŁ200 for a festival called 'Midnight Sun' in Stornoway that was due to take place between 25 to 27 May 2023. I was in continual contact with Skiddle while receiving updates but ultimately I did not receive any refund. That was a shocking experience with Skiddle.

It was very easy to book ticket. Site recognised my phone number and took me straight to my account. All I had to do was fill in credit card details. All completed within minutes 😀
