Tried to book in just before 1pm for a 1-3 pm slot, but it had time expired. I was in the Hall but they could do nothing.

Due to high demand, tickets for popular events may sell out very quickly. We understand that it can be disappointing when tickets sell out, but unfortunately, as Skiddle is not the event organiser, we cannot confirm if additional tickets will be released. Have a great day! I really don't like having to download yet another App and clutter my phonr. I want to be able to print my ticket at the point of purchase. And i find that having an online ticket causes delays when the signal is weak and the network is congested.

Bit surprised i cant print off the tickets at the time of purchase. As I've paid and its gone from my bank apart from an email, I've no proof of purchase. Also its down to me to print off the ticket when you decide its ok, therefore you have shifted the responsibility to the customer. Don't think that's right..

Your confirmation email acts as proof of purchase, and your tickets are securely stored in your Skiddle account as soon as the order is complete. In some cases, tickets are released closer to the event date — this is set by the event organiser and helps prevent fraud. Add far too many extra in booking fees

Hi Jason, Thank you for your feedback. Booking fees are applied to cover the costs of providing a secure ticketing service. We pay the full face value of your ticket to the event organiser, and the booking fee helps us cover the overheads involved in processing your order. The Rapid scan fee supports the systems used to dispatch your order or the technology used for scanning and validating your ticket at the event. It's clearly shown during checkout. I hope this helps. Was able to join queue for tickets 15 mins before start of pre-sale. As soon as they went on sale only took about 3 mins to order and pay, very easy and email confirmation received.

Several attempts to process my payment and kept getting a payment declined. I had to process tickets and car parking as 2 separate transactions. I was anxious that the limited tickets would no longer be avaliable due to the multiple attempts that I had to make before my transactions finally processed.
