“Unfortunately this turned into a kids party not a country night. Absolutely gutted as was here last year & was amazing. It’s 7.29pm & I’m waiting on my taxi home. Very few country music played.”

“My event has been postponed i bought 32 tickets for my birthday bash. Getting my money back is awful, been on the phone for over an hour. Then got cut off. I just want a refund.”

“They lied about issuing free tickets to resudent. I applied 2 months before this shows and JBM waited till the last day to inform us that they cant take any application. The only option they offered is a discounted tickets which is similar to the actual amount charged.”

“I found the booking of ticket with Skiddle good. The Web pages was set out clearly, was easy to navigate & didn't freeze. There were a lot of categories with different prices & ranges. That took a little time to negotiate. I had a good experience. Thank you.”
