“Hi we've bought 8 vip tickets with insurance. Now one person can't attend due to foot being in boot as he's hurt his leg. Being trying to cancel the one ticket and get a refund as we've got the insurance but not possible. Please advise. Thanks.”

“I feel it’s wrong advertising tickets are advertised at £5 each then a booking fee and ticket delivery fee added on. It’s only £4.80 more which isn’t a lot but it’s the principle.”

Hi Jill, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle is one of the few platforms offering booking fee credit toward a future purchase, and further information can be found in your automated refund email. “Big up reggealand promoters for bringing this reggea/dancehall event to us all. Like all events you will have plus and minuses. But its all about the vibes and atmosphere that reggae music bring.
