“Quite a few glitches when trying to book events that are very popular. Sometimes the page remembered what I'd put in the basket and other times it forgot. Kept getting a message to hurry up and buy tickets, and saying other people bought tickets 60 seconds ago, before they were even on sale. When using for less popular events - no issues.”

“Went to pay with American Express, but this was not explained. Just say asking me to Information again.. I assumed there was a problem with the booking system and we booked for day is a different card. Disappointed not to have been able to use American Express card otherwise okay”
