“Got a bit of a faff when I’d selected the tickets and the process went off on a tangent and requested I change my password, sending links, password wasn’t visible so difficult to get passwords to match without visual reference. But hey, it’s done!”

“My husband and I try and join the DDC events in our surrounding area. This one was great as much as the others. The food, quality of food and music was consistent and always a positive experience. The atmosphere and space between benches were perfect. The range of food types and drinks were a good mix. Thank you for making the event so enjoyable.”

“I ordered the wrong tickets and wanted to change them around from a child to an adult. No way of doing this and no customer support. I had to then spend another 20 pounds on buying new tickets. Customer service is very poor”

“I booked an event that was later cancelled with no explanation or apology but still had to pay booking fees”

Hi Mary, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle is one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase, and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email.
