Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Registering and setting up a Skiddle account before purchasing tickets is optional. You can purchase tickets through signing up as a guest, and we can send the ticket confirmation to your email. If you did not recieve the confirmation email the first time, you may have entered your email incorrectly. The booking for Ramblin Roots Revue was fine but I lost over ยฃ200 for a festival called 'Midnight Sun' in Stornoway that was due to take place between 25 to 27 May 2023. I was in continual contact with Skiddle while receiving updates but ultimately I did not receive any refund. That was a shocking experience with Skiddle.

Flawless booking experience. I may be slightly biased because I managed to get a ticket to a 300 capacity Enter Shikari gig, but I refreshed at the right time and everything went smoothly.

It was very easy to book ticket. Site recognised my phone number and took me straight to my account. All I had to do was fill in credit card details. All completed within minutes ๐Ÿ˜€

Due to high demand, tickets for popular events may sell out very quickly. I really don't like having to download yet another App and clutter my phonr. I want to be able to print my ticket at the point of purchase. And i find that having an online ticket causes delays when the signal is weak and the network is congested.

Bit surprised i cant print off the tickets at the time of purchase. As I've paid and its gone from my bank apart from an email, I've no proof of purchase. Also its down to me to print off the ticket when you decide its ok, therefore you have shifted the responsibility to the customer. Don't think that's right..

In some cases, tickets are released closer to the event date โ€” this is set by the event organiser and helps prevent fraud. Hi Jason, Thank you for your feedback. Booking fees are applied to cover the costs of providing a secure ticketing service. We pay the full face value of your ticket to the event organiser, and the booking fee helps us cover the overheads involved in processing your order. The Rapid scan fee supports the systems used to dispatch your order or the technology used for scanning and validating your ticket at the event. It's clearly shown during checkout. I hope this helps.
