“It was good they allowed a payment plan. It was hard to see the total paid as the management not done by skiddle but don't have no issues from payment to download”

“Booking fees approx £17 handling fee £2.10 seems a rip off when the tickets are already expensive”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle is one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase, and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Have a great day! “Noted queue waiting time. Over delivered on that. However. The cost of tickets has gone up slightly, so hoping better things are to come. Prices for the day/release should be the same. Payment taken and email of confirmation sent in a timely manner. Thank you Regards Dawn”
