“I am not too good at ordering on line . I tend to think I have done the whole thing but then I go back through the order and do it just in case it didn't go through the first time but that's just me.”

“Another gig another few applications I'm having to download so another company can send me all their marketing and mine my data. Modern life at its worst. Even downloading pdf tickets sent me towards downloading another application. Nightmare”

“Booking was fine but downloading the tickets was terrible! I clicked the email link to download a pdf, the page loaded, I assumed it contained the actual pdf and barcodes but no it was a page with links to each ticket individually (why??). Didn’t notice until I got to the venue, no signal, had to walk back towards home an extra 30 mins round trip to get enough bloody signal to download the individual tickets. Honestly was a nightmare and felt like a stupid way for Skiddle to do it. Also don’t say the link is to a pdf of the tickets if it’s not!”

“I bought £257 worth of tickets via PayPal and never received a confirmation email from Skiddle. I contacted them via chat and was advised there are sometimes problems with PayPal and there wasn't a record of my purchase. They said to go ahead an reorder the tickets which I did by card. Then several days later the PayPal set of tickets processed and I've ended up with two lots. I have messaged the chat numerous times and had zero response. I've ended up having to raise a dispute through PayPal. The customer service at Skiddle is appalling.”
