Your ap was difficult to use and I struggled to locate the ticket I purchased. Making it mandatory to download tickets to your as is a complete no-no. Go back to postal tickets!!

Ordered tickets on 23rd October for 1st November event at Tewkesbury Abbey. Can't download tickets until 31st October, and now have email to say that seating has been changed, but I can't see any information to show how this might affect me. Useless - will try to avoid using Skiddle again.

Very expensive and clunky for what it is. If you are charing these high booking fees, then it should be easy to use and not force registration and more data mining on you.

Hi Iain, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email.
