“Bought a ticket 2 hours before the event and the ticket wouldn’t scan at all. Didn’t end up getting let in so wasted £45 on a useless ticket.”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF.
