“UNFORTUNATELY CAN'T GIVE 5 STARS. ONE STAR DOWN FOR CASHLESS POLICY AND ANOTHER STAR DOWN FOR CAP POLICY. NOT NICE AT ALL THAT YOU FORCE PEOPLE FOR PAYING BY CARD AND CAN'T WEAR A CAP.”

“I got my tickets but why did I have to go to the trouble of downloading an app (which I have immediately deleted) in order to retrieve tickets? Other vendors simply email the tickets which makes the process much simpler. Unnecessarily complicated.”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. HW Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Booking process is an absolute faff. It took three attempts to get the payment to go through and despite it saying you can't book and leave a single seat, there was plenty of single seats in the VIP area! Ended up having to book several rows back as only wanted two tickets not three. Only accepting card payment and not Google pay or PayPal is really outdated.”
