“We pay for a ticket got to the venue then got questioned for id got some one to bring his passport which is the only id he has and his birth certificate and then the security were saying that he wasn’t thirteen and that wasn’t his id when we know full well it was and haven’t received a refund then we asked what do you want us to do when we have brought his id then was saying that we need to bring his real id which it was his real id.they didn’t like the fact that he didn’t look the age they they wanted him to.”

“Attended kpop live 28/12/25 sheff. Got to say THE WORST even I have ever been to. Queued 45 mins in freezing cold AFTER doors have opened with hundreds of other little kids and parents to then enter a filthy venue and a massive disappointment. My kids and many other couldn't actually see the show, vocals were inaudible, one merch stand selling cheap tat, one glitter station, hardly the k pop extravaganza that was advertised and I expected. I wouldn't have attended for free however I paid over £100 for 3 tickets. The organisers should be ashamed. Will never attend forge again or book through skiddle as a result.”

“I don't think I will be purchasing any thing else from this site hadva family emergency and we couldn't attend & I can't claim the funds back which I think is a scandalous rule I purchased 3 ti let's too.”

“Went to kpop live in Sheffield 28/12/25. The worst thing I have ever been to! Que for 50 minutes to get in vomit all over floor on way in £12 for 2 tiny portions of chips no other drinks just a bar ( at 10am at a kids event). Venue filthy god knows what all over floors. Started late the “kpop” act that were on weren’t on for long but that was actually a blessing the worst pitchy singing ever heard and microphones only worked half of time. Murdered a few other songs in between. Kids crying and leaving early it was so bad. Cost almost £180 for 6 tickets. Do not go!”

“Wouldn't even give it 1 star but no option for zero stars, I am so angry my daughter and friends have traveled to Glasgow for the event at the Arches to show there tickets which now say tickets cancelled we will refund you, no email no communication to advise they had over sold the event and lots of people who have booked and paid for mini buses and coaches is ave been turned away at the door, as if people aren't out enough money at this time of year, to now have wasted money on travelling to this event. Shame on you Skiddle, I will be contacting the papers regarding this, I hope your going to reimburse everyone for their travelling expenses, I will be putting this on social media for all to see, to make people aware of the risk of booking any event through skiddle😡😡😡”
