“Initially i thought i had to set up apps,passwords etc. Which quite honestly is too faffie for me. But I was able to proceed and my son (who's tickets they are) accessed them thru the app really easily. Not the best layout on the website, bit squashed and not too clear. Also never heard of skidded so a little sceptical it was legit, but all seems good....”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “Had real issues trying to buy tickets. Paid with paypal but confirmation wasnt sent .eventually payment timed out after a couple of days . I tried so many times and the situation kept happening. I eventually set up skiddle account and then the transaction went through easily.”

“Went to the K Pop show 7th Dec at Preston Media City. Left after an hour, leaving one very upset Grandaughter, Daughter in Law and furious Nana. Completely unsuitable, sleazy, venue for children who couldn't see the show. Badly organised, extortionate merchandise and vendor prices. Unprofessional, dire performers and way overpriced event. Many other people have the same opinion if you check the comments.”

“We will never go to this again after what was a shambles of a show as we couldn't see anything and the act was nothing like k-pop.. we left 20 mins in to the show as my child was very stressed due not getting a glimpse of the performance . The adults was pushing there wat to the front of the stage with children on there shoulders so all the smaller kids at the back couldn't see...absolutely should've got a refund as we was only there 20 minutes..very disappointed and felt so bad for our child who was looking forward to it for weeks but was very upset and left very 😞 and just wanted to go home”

“Went on the website purchased a ticket all well and good but then said I have to download an app to get my actual ticket. I tried doing it but with no success I’m stuck there what do I do?”
