“Usually, when I order tickets on line, I can quickly download an e-ticket. Not so with Skiddle. Some of us are less computer savvy than others. I didn't expect to have to download the app, and did not find it straightforward to access the tickets.”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr).
