“Terrible website, avoid booking tickets if you can. They promote events without vetting and won’t refund you, passing the buck onto the shoddy event organiser. I’ve had to open a case with my bank in an attempt to get a refund to an event that’s no longer accessible for me.”

“Easy enough to book but virtually a 10 percent booking charge is scandalous. After all you only send out an email. If there was another option I would use it.”

“Attended the City Splash Fest 2026 I was very disappointed that the organisers banned the use of camping chairs, stools or any form of seating. It was devastating to watch older people of various disabilities having to attempt to sit on the ground only to have people trampoling on them, to also find that it was just has hard to get back up again. This blanket ban on seating was inconsistant as I observed people sitting on a camping chairs, stool and even a camping tent was irected. It was painful to watch my 60 year old friend who has mobility issues having to struggle throughout the entire event starting from having to cue up in the sweltering heat without any water supply and the poor management of the security having one female working for women's search. The price of food was over priced. Then we were tripping over discarded plastic cups and rubbish not enough bins which was sad.On one good note there was plenty of toilet booths.”
