“To be really honest, I'm an accessible tickets user, and this year I couldn't get the tickets I required. You had to write an email showing your proof of accessibility (which I did) to receive a password to get the tickets. That was days ago now, and I've not heard a thing. I know this wasn't Skiddles' fault, so I'll change my 2 stars to 5 because the customer service was fantastic when I called.”

“Made me change password unnecessarily, requires you to print out the ticket to for access even after you’ve paid for a ticket online.”

“I’ve written poor because we went to the Venue at 7.30 pm got told to walk all the way up the road where people were being let in at the VIP gate at 8pm and we were told as a general admission ticket holder to walk all the way back down to the other entrance and the gate was closed anyway. There were so many people with tickets that were turned away because they didn’t get there at 6.00 and told should have read the small print. What an absolute rip off. And I felt sorry for the staff who had to keep telling everyone they couldn’t come in Just wanted your money once you were through the entrance.”

“Rum and Reggae, The prospect building Bristol 2026. Firstly there was a promise of cocktails amongst other drinks on sale so we were looking forward to rum based cocktails. Not one bar had any cocktails whatsoever so false advertising. We got there at 2 and had to listen to awful music from a DJ. Not one hint of reggae music. We ended up leaving early because the music was so bad. Play proper reggae music next time and make sure your advertising is accurate”
