“I was given an adult ticket as a gift but I am unable to purchase a ticket for my child to come with me...without buying another adult ticket. Which I've had to do. I've sent multiple messages and no responses.”

“Quite straight forward to get my tickets once I got into the site. I had to verify my account as I’d not used it for a while which took a few minutes but I’d rather this than my account be accessed by a scammer.”
