Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Registering and setting up a Skiddle account before purchasing tickets is optional. You can purchase tickets through signing up as a guest, and we can send the ticket confirmation to your email. If you did not recieve the confirmation email the first time, you may have entered your email incorrectly. “I bought for the first time never got email with ticket so never went I couldn’t see anywhere for help”

Before the event came round, there were plenty of ways in which you could have accessed your tickets, one of which would have been by emailing or calling the Skiddle Customer Support as we would have been able to assist you. “Overbooked, then lied to keep my money They overbook the event, then invent fake excuses to cancel your ticket. Security searched me, found nothing, then falsely claimed I was "drugged" just to deny me entry. Skiddle refuses refund. They take your money and cancel for any made-up reason. Total scam. Never again.”

Please be aware that Skiddle is solely the ticket provider and has no influence over the organisation or staffing of the event. The security and door staff have the right to refuse entry on the night of the event and this decision lies with them. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions below: ‘6.3 The venue and/or third party supplier reserves the right to refuse admission if in its reasonable opinion, your admission to the venue might be a risk to:(a) the safety of the audience and/or yourself;(b) affect the enjoyment of the member of the audience; and/or(c) affect the running of the event, performance or activity for example if you act aggressively and/or appear to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
