“My friend sent me the link due to my daughter loving Michael Jackson for many many years (shes only 12 lol) so i booked 3 tickets for me my daughter and her friend at our local venue which is this Sunday and were super excited, skiddle is simple booking, fast confirmation email very easy to download the app to keep the tickets on there.”

“Es ist überhaupt nicht genau erklärt, was für ein Ticket man Buch und auch wenn ein Sternchen erwähnt wird, um vielleicht irgendwo weiter unten zu lesen. Was das alles bedeutet, fehlt die Information komplett und jetzt sitzt man auf den Kosten eines Tickets, welches man so gar nicht wollte”

“Terrible. Charged me 80p for some quick ticket nonsense, then make you download an app and create an account to access my tickets. Absolutely awful!! Just email tickets out like a real company. Will avoid in future”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle is one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase, and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. “I booked 4 tickets a week before the event. On the morning of the event I could see the email confirmation but when I went to download the tickets it dissapeared from my phone. I had to buy new tickets which didn't work when I turned up at the gate which caused some confusion but the staff said it often happend when you've only just bought them. I would liek a refund formt he 3 adult and 1 child tickets that got lost.”
