“When looking for these tickets (24 July 2026 Hitchin Priory) I found them on the web site, but not in the app?? so I could'nt buy them thru the app. Also with I wanted to download the ticket PDF it asked for the order number which is 16-digils long, but the entry box only accepted 14-digits ! Having said all this, I was able to buy them with relatively ease. but please fix these silly errors”

From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “It was not worth £35 for 2 ppl and we were standing for 4 hrs and when asked to let us go upstairs they said it’s gonna be £210 for benches upstairs and small screens overall not worth it it was so cramped and smelly”

“I buy majority of my tickets through Skiddke for over 12 months. I have always had an excellent experience with them. Any issues eg cancellations, they were dealt with efficiently.”

“Brilliant! Never heard of Skiddle before, but when I searched for MoS Festival 2027 it came up as the ticket vendor. So, in for a penny etc. I downloaded the app and got stuck in. Within a few minutes I'd set up and verified my new account, then bish, bash, bosh I'd only gone and bought my early bird tickets! No fuss or messing, e-tickets are showing in my account ready for next year. Superb 👍🏼”
