“The app itself is great, but why oh why is a booking fee of £17.34 per ticket needed? In this day and age, its all digital, there are no hard copis to send out, and its not done by hand, This was for 2 tickets to solihul summer fest next year - ticket £147 then the booking fee on top made it £164!! per ticket!!”

Hi Alan, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. FR Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Nice atmosphere. We were disappointed about the food the jerk wasnt jerking and no jerk sauce. The sauce they presented was burger sauce, ketchup and mayo.”
