“Used as payment entry to a bar/club with poor signal. No apple/pay or GPay options. No cash pay option. Lots of people don't bring bank cards with them for safety and fraud reasons. Meaning a huge delay while people were lending money to each other to gain entry. Very frustrating process”

“I object to being forced to pay a booking fee and now an extra fee for a quick scan ticket. There is no need for this quick scan charge as tickets are sent by email and can be downloaded to scan quickly bin the night This charge is superfluous and is just another way to squeeze money out of people”

Hi Lyn, Thank you for your feedback. Booking fees are applied to cover the costs of providing a secure ticketing service. We pay the full face value of your ticket to the event organiser, and the booking fee helps us cover the overheads involved in processing your order. The Rapid scan fee supports the systems used to dispatch your order or the technology used for scanning and validating your ticket at the event. It's clearly shown during checkout. I hope this helps.
