“I booked a ticket for a venue but put the wrong email address in. I contacted the automated system and the next morning received a message to say it had all been sorted and a new email containing my new ticket was waiting in my inbox. Very impressed with the response and service. Thank you.”

“I paid for tickets early release and which should have been £16 they charged me for third release which wasn’t even available at time of booking!! Tried to contact customer service feel scammed”

Only one delivery fee is charged per order, and it typically ranges from 50p to £1.50. This fee supports the systems used to dispatch your order or the technology used for scanning and validating your ticket at the event. It's clearly shown during checkout. While we understand that fees can be frustrating, we aim to keep them as low as possible to ensure we can continue providing top-tier service and secure ticketing solutions. From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF.
