“I found it very difficult to book and pay. Your website or app. Kept timing me out. Saying I had taken longer than 8 minutes. I'm a 58 year old. I don't type fast and don't see well. I tried 8 times befor I successfully was able to book. I still don't know if I have booked the time slot. Thers no way of finding out. My tickets don't show, when I click tickets all it says is payment plan pending. It doesn't state the date or time that I have booked. It's not a clear site to use”

“No contact to support accessibility. Tried to contact customer service to be put in a queue for an hour and constantly moved back in the queue. Tried to upgrade tickets couldn't do it, asked for a refund after separately paying for the VIP tickets and heard nothing back from you.”
