“Logged on using my normal password to purchase tickets and on the checkout of said tickets I was told I had to update my password for security reasons. Having done this and logged back in, the tickets I wanted had gone up in price to the 3rd release stage so I ended up paying double. No other app or account requires me to update my password so why does Skiddle? There should have been an email sent out telling me to update my password before to prevent this scenario, wont he using again”
