“Everything is mostly great but,however you choose to frame it for everyone out here in the general public, the fact that you make extra money by charging for things that were once free is quite frankly disgusting. I am talking about things like booking fees (doesn't cost anything) sending people their tickets by email (email is free) and disguising a new cost under, wait for it, RapidScan. This we're told by you is to cover the cost of Scan tech, how much is that cost to you exactly? Because you are making a tonne of cash from charging everyone a RapidScan fee. And there is no chance the significant amounts of extra cash you're making is used to simply cover the costs of scanning. A 5 star experience that drops to 3 stars for cynical price manipulation of hard working customers. Enough already.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email.
