“Its frustrating I paid for my tickets ,can't down load them sent off a message saying can't down load my tickets got a message back saying there were a number of ways I can down load the tickets. none of which worked. down loaded the app ( which I should not have to do to get my tickets) would not accept any of my passwords. I now find out I can't down load the tickets till the day before the event. So I don't know if I am going or not.”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool, in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “73 years old not very tech had to get help and they found site difficult to use, had to go through process 4 times as kept saying common password please change nightmare but got there looking forward to the event now Neil”

“A little frustrating and annoying. I noticed my address was an old one, so went and changed it first. Despite doing so, I kept displaying my old address and kept popping u during "checkout" forcing me to have to renter my current address numerous times.”

“Poorly managed by two young girls. With two small items in goody bag. Got no makeover or any other treats or goodies. The food wasn't the best and not great for vegetarian options. We didn't even recieve a goody bag as they couldn't manage numbers. Not impressed after paying £45. Could I kindly recieve refund”
