“Terrible site to buy tickets on. Used a link on instagram using an iPhone. Had to keep entering all details manually with no auto fill available. Then the transaction kept having an error at the payment stage, despite these being payment options that I use daily with no problem. Debit card not accepted, problems with Apple Pay being accepted and each time had to keep entering all details from scratch. Finally accepted payment through Paypal, but the whole process was stressful 20 minutes from start to finish. Normally transactions like this take me less than a minute.”
