“Great site for purchasing tickets. Very good communication and frequent reminders wjen your favourite artist tickets come on sale. Once purchasing the tickets, the whole process was efficient and speedy. Constantly keeps you updated once purchased.”

“Easy to buy tickets on-line, but absolute nightmare trying to get any response from customer service. Impossible to get past AI chat line- been waiting over a week for reply to query. Footnote. Within hours of posting this review I received a call and email from Max at Skiddle. He explained where initial response had been sent and what I needed to do and issue was immediately resolved. Thanks Max”

“Had problems with the password because not used it for a while, which is frustrating when you are pledging for a top ticket for a popular concert. Had to sign in as visitor in the end as it wouldn’t accept a new password, took ages.”

“I find it easy to find events that are suited to my tastes. Ticket prices are easy to find and afford and the booking process is easy to navigate and is complete within a couple of clicks. The tickets are easy to access when arriving at the event and the ease of the process means you have more space and time to look forward to and enjoy the event when you are there :) I have used Skiddle for many events and have never been disappointed”
