Really difficult to follow and my ipad was not able to download - am in process of trying to work out how to get the tickets printed as I have paid but my receipt won't be accepted as tickets - worrying

Vip area a rip off paid 19 extra each for 2 overpriced tuck vans, 3 seats, no cover, toilets were filthy, no hand towel, bar was expensive they were buying in 4 tins of red stripe for £6.25 and selling for £7.00 each! No special view area. Infact stayed in main area as toilets were cleaner and no queues. They also cut short Duallers set as acts were running late, came for Duallers and Billy Ocean.

I still have been a able to view or print my ticket. First, it was several failed purchases and now after I managed to secure a ticket I am still unable to access the actual ticket 😡😡😡 It's been a stress dealing here. U wanted a feedback feedback you got.

I dont like the need to download your app. If I book a ticket on line on my computer I want to be able to download and print it off immediately.

Hi Gregory, Thank you for your feedback. However, you can still access your tickets without downloading the app directly from the confirmation email. I have attached an article below which explains how you are able to download the PDF version of your tickets which you can either show on your phone or print out and take to the event with you. Stage crew that were not paying attention to problems happening on stage as they were too busy on their phones or chatting. Abysmal non-existent lighting, tiny stage, joke security staff flaunting their authority and changing the re-entry situation, no sign of posters indicating what times what bands were on main stage. One band over-running by 45 minutes. THE ONLY good thing was the high quality of the main stage bands who were all amazing. Sorry, but we speak as we found

Carl Cox on the beach should have been cancelled due to bad weather. Drinks overpriced and sets were all shortened and sound was poor. Left after a couple hours.

Good information and easy to book. Poor sound system at Carl Cox on the beach. You could hear the crowd noise more than the DJs. Good sound should be a priority at any music event.

The atmosphere was good, 911 definately got the event started, before they came on it was like kareoke to cover songs. Sound and lighting was poor. You couldn't hear what the bands were saying at times, the lights blurred out the bands. Seem to be alot of time between bands comimg on that the DJ had to carry. Parking was an absolute scam. Nobody checking tickets, no reg number given. Plenty of free parking there. East17, 5ive and Blue were also brilliant but I've been to much better run festivals so would not choose this event again.

Hasting Pier was ridiculous. One screen for women’s game. Where were the multiple screens. Also tiny screen. Closest table was 30 + ft away. Couldn’t even see the ball. Left at halftime. £6 a ticket! For what! Assure you if it was a men’s game it wouldn’t be like this.

Security staff lie to me and said they would keep my cooler box till I return for it. It was My late mam's. No apologies or empathy given, intact they laughed at my son when he asked he could look in the bins. I tried to find what you could take in before we went and couldn't find any information. The disabled toilet, the gentleman on their was letting people use it that didn't have passes and then said they were full at 6 o'clock. Why have wheelchair accessible toilets and let anyone use them. I supported my brother who has cerabl palsy and did not think this was a good accessible place. I have been on the past and would honestly say. It has gone down hill.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Was very disappointed to find that booking through skiddle cost me more that it would have paying at the venue. I think this needs to be reviewed I wouldn't have minded paying a booking fee but £2.05 per ticket was a joke !!!

Poor - it could be you or it could be me. I thought I booked 27th July at 10.30 but the tickets showed 20th July at 10.30. Forgive me if I made the error and I forgive you. We can come on the 20th so all is well

Out of all the acts that were advertised there was about a quarter of them there. Fun fair was 1 ride, roller disco a joke,bar prices extortionate, but the dj on the main stage was pretty good
