Security staff lie to me and said they would keep my cooler box till I return for it. It was My late mam's. No apologies or empathy given, intact they laughed at my son when he asked he could look in the bins. I tried to find what you could take in before we went and couldn't find any information. The disabled toilet, the gentleman on their was letting people use it that didn't have passes and then said they were full at 6 o'clock. Why have wheelchair accessible toilets and let anyone use them. I supported my brother who has cerabl palsy and did not think this was a good accessible place.
