I resent not getting a full refund including booking fees etc. In my case £5, when the event got cancelled. Not only the company takes the full amount months before the event which is practically a interest-free loan. When the event is cancelled they retain the booking fees. The customer get neither the show nor their full paid cash back. Somewhere something is not right.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Difficult to use and get your tickets. Unfortunately, the two bands that I wanted to go see; you could only book tickets via skiddle.

This was my first time using the Skiddle App. It was difficult to download the App onto my phone, being taken to so many different pages including Terms and Conditions, and Cookie Controls before finally getting the App. So it took me about 40 minutes to book the ticket I wanted. Hopefully it won't take that long the next time I use the Skiddle App, to book a ticket. ?

I applied for my tickets on a laptop. Even though I found the gig I was looking for, I was completely unable to find where I clicked, to buy the tickets. However when I went on to the site using my phone, the 'buy ticket' option was visible below the picture of the artiste on the right-hand lower side, but it was NOT there on the laptop, and there was no way to scroll down to find it in the same place as I found it on my phone. I don't understand why that was the case, but it was. And so I had to buy the tickets using my phone, which I don't like doing!

I put three tickets up for resale because my friend had already bought tickets. We found someone else that wanted to go so he was supposed to give his tickets to them. So I cancelled my resale request and went to the festival only to get denied entry. The app told me that everything was fine. So we had to ditch the two other people we brought.

Says you can pay using Apple Pay but then only gives the option to pay with card. Makes no sense

It's all done by the customer, including printing at his or her own expense, so why booking fee on every ticket?

Tickets were £15, however there was then a £1.50 booking fee and another separate £1 booking fee which was called something else. Considering all they do is take an online payment and send a ticket by email, £2.50 is a complete rip off

Cheaper Tickets showing as sold out instantly. Then miraculously appear at that price after 15 mins when only the more expensive ones were available. Tiered ticket prices released at the same time for the same event is shocking
