I am totally disgusted at being charged £9 to make a booking! I will not use you again if the charge is still that high! How can you justify it?

Hi Natalie, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. EC Skiddle Customer Support Team

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Found website awkward to use, it kept saying no tickets available AFTER I had paid for them, and then having to download the tickets a month later!!! Why not there and then??

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave review. The time in which a barcode becomes available is set by the event organiser and is a form of security to protect against ticket duplication. The date in which your barcodes will become available will be specified in your order history. Thanks CH Skiddle Customer Support

Hey Tam, Your ticket will become available in the app/ for download on the 5th May 2023. Barcode release dates are set by the event organisers to try and prevent ticket touting. I hope this helps😄 CJ Skiddle Customer Support Team

Not a bad site for tickets,but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I wanted to discuss my ticket sale after being given the impression that I had to have a smart phone to download an app to be able to show on entry to my gig that I had paid for tickets. This was a total waste of my time as I discovered later when scrolling down my confirmation email again,that in VERY SMALL PRINT near the bottom it gave me the option to download my tickets. If this had been made quite clear before purchase and after purchase,at the TOP OF THE PAGE,then I needn't have wasted my time trying to guess where this information was at,and wouldn't have made my complaint in the first place. We ALL have lives to live and things to get on with without having to take a magnifying glass to instructions to ticket purchases.this seriously needs addressed so that it is CLEAR what options are available,which includes options for people without smart phones who just want to download their tickets and take them along to the gig to gain entry. Modern technology like this CAN AND DOES FAIL !,there are signal losses and power losses which can happen,and then how do you gain entry if your phone goes down???

I had a ticket reserved unti 7.22 and it’s gone sold out when I went to buy it. I reserved this how can it be gone already fuming

Well I was on the website 10 minutes before booking tickets, I clicked on first release and it said there was no tickets left and that i was in a waiting line. About 7 mins later it just changed to sold out. Then I tried to go for second release but they then said currently unavailable and I couldn’t get in the queue for that so I had to get 3rd release ones.

I had to buy this ticket for my mate who is not at all IT-literate. I’ve WhatsApp’d him a photo of the ticket. As there seems to be no alternative to buying online, I think this is a practice which excludes a significant sector of society (mainly the old, the poorer, and the lacking in education). Whilst I’m doing this, i need to say that it’s an absolute disgrace that Bioko g fees are charged- online bookings are the cheapest way of selling tickets for venues; and do you want to sell them or not? Booking fees etc are a dishonest ‘hike’ in ticket prices. Just charge more for the tickets, if you must!

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle is a booking platform. We are not the event organisers, so we do not choose whether tickets are available online or on the door. We simply list events that events organisers have uploaded to our site. The face value price of your ticket is sent to the event organiser so they can put on the event. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket so there are no hidden fees. I had stall tickets selected and these were double booked which lead to me missing out on other seats by the time I had gone through the checkout process (which I had done in under 30 seconds). Not impressed as a first experience.

I was on your website at 10am there wasn’t any early bird tickets available as soon as it went live and then when I tried to buy 2nd release tickets which were still available, your website kept crashing, so instead of paying the 2nd release price of £25.43 I had to pay the 3rd release price of £28.25. Not happy at all, can anything be done about this?

This place is supposed to be purpose built for skating yet the floor is still not perfect even after changing it to concrete from wood that was rubbish too. In some places it dips why? We're the floor layers not professional? The floor is the most important part not all the place not games machines. I can skate outside on better floors than this!! They don't have Marshalls on the rink in hi viz at all times and are not doingtheir job as according their own rules, non skaters are not wearing protective gear which should be insisted but they have their disclaimer to cover them so your signing ur life away. They allow too many people in so good skaters don't get to enjoy the night because they have to keep avoiding the beginner skaters only safe place is in the middle.
