Asked to check out as a guest, was then prompted to sign up. Skipped this but I didn’t recieve any confirmation email so i had to go back and sign up to access my booking. Mobile site is overly complicated and not easy to navigate

Booked for the Solihull summerfest for the first time and very disappointed that the resident discount code wasn’t clearly obvious. Especially as I have treated myself to the VIP ticket as celebrating getting through a rough year

Way too much info asked when booking tickets I have played easier mega drive games than this website just to get some tickets and trying to get the tickets not user friendly at all

Hi there Thank you for leaving a review. We only ask for these details if you're buying tickets. We mainly ask for your address so we can verify the card details used to place the order, dispatch physical ticket stock (for the events that do have this) and deter fraudulent orders. From time to time, we may use the address provided to recommend nearby events, regional newsletters (delivered via email) and to personalise your Skiddle content based on your location so you do not receive irrelevant content. As we mostly sell over 18s products, we do need to verify age. We do also use the info internally for demographics. As for your mobile number, we will only use this to send you SMS confirmations and get in touch with you if there are any updates to your order or event. Don’t worry though, your details are protected by our Privacy Policy so we won't sell your details to any third parties. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

I ordered my tickets at 7am for a beer festival we were going to on the same day at 5pm. When we got there and showed the tickets we were told that they weren’t registered even though they showed on the app. Not good.

Really bad checkout design, pay by card function wouldn't work and then the PayPal one kept kicking me off the page, had to get different tickets because the ones I wanted had sold out (despite them being reserved in my basket), because it kicked me off the page that many times.

Needs to be more prepared for high traffic events and actually allocate tickets when at the payment page. I was allocated tickets 5 times today and tried to check out about 30 times, approved payment with banking app every time but kept either going to a 403 error or just refreshing. Managed to get a ticket eventually out of sheer luck more than anything, I appreciate there can be high volumes of people but there is no point in a waiting room and queueing system if it is then a free for all to get a ticket in your basket and then not allocate it to you when it comes to the payment page The 8 minute timer means nothing when it has a red message above saying the tickets are either sold or you've ran out of time when you clearly haven't 🙃 Why sell them if you're letting me to the payment page with an active countdown? I'm hoping this was just a glitch but it was very tricky Thanks

Ordering tickets was easy enough but the campfire country festival was not worth the price for VIP. Guaranteed queue jumps yet the VIP queue was the longest out of them all and the VIP section was overcrowded. Performances on stage were pretty good but would’ve been nice to have an itinerary on the screens as I was told there’d be karaoke but that was nowhere to be found

This event is severely underwhelming and falls far short of expectations. Despite being marketed as a unique experience, it is little more than a glorified fairground, with the main attraction being a single monster truck ride—available only at an additional cost of £10 per person. Once inside, visitors are met with a series of standard rides and activities, all requiring separate payment. The overall value is extremely poor, especially considering the steep entry fees and lack of included entertainment. What should have been an exciting family day out feels like a transparent cash grab. I’ve given it two stars only because the monster truck itself was marginally enjoyable—but beyond that, there is very little to recommend. Unless you’re prepared to spend considerably more than the ticket price, this event is not worth the visit.

There are a whole lot of variable fees, and questions that cramp the whole ticket buying experience. I was after two tickets that were £5 each, but they are £6 because of the booking fee (fair enough) but buying them together added an extra 75p for the RapidScan what ever that is?!? So I had to do 2 checkouts to avoid paying this additional fee. Then the number of questions afterwards was mindblowing. I just want to buy the tickets to the event, have as little other interaction as possible. Cancellation insurance? 2 sets of marketing checkboxes? donation to another charity? All makes for a rubbish experience, you flick off to a completely different page for a Captcha equivalent to complete the payment. Whole process is badly designed! Compare it to this review page, which is cleaner and much less confusing, a much better experience.

Very limited - no explanation anywhere of what the concessions tickets are/included/covered, charged extortionate booking fee AND handling fee on top of that. Strange way of downloading the pdf tickets as did not want to have yet another app on the phone, definitely felt skiddle was pushing for u to get the app for best service which should not be the case - far easier just to get pdf tics but had to download and resave each one individually- waste of time. Shall NOT be using again.

To be honest, it took 3 of us to finally manage to book. Luckily, even though we all got to verifying with our banks, the money was not taken until our very last attempt. We all followed your instructions and were all sent back to name etc every time. We were about to give up when the last one went through. Everything else...emails from yourselves etc were all okay after that.
