“Does not take AMEX Populated fields were cleared when I scrolled down so I had to re-enter information Too many steps just to download the tickets onto your phone Tickets under same booking are separate PDFs/QR codes rather than just one PDF/QR code per booking so all have to be downloaded and saved separately”

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry that we do not accept Amex for payment. Regarding the fields which were filled in and had cleared, if this issue happens again, please contact customer support directly with your order details. We are available via phone, email and chat bot (help.skiddle.com). Regarding downloading separate PDFs per ticket, this can allow tickets within the booking to be divided and shared, ensuring each person can hold their own ticket and enter the event individually. “Reserved 2 tickets for Doof in park , but because I was working and didn’t see email stating I had 10 minutes to buy , I lost out ,they were for my daughters Christmas, disappointed & disgruntled customer , probably wouldn’t use again”

“I would NEVER use skiddle again - if you trade off the fact it's really easy and straightforward to resell tickets, you should be that. Instead, the reality is that it's not possible to resell unless an event sells out, which isn't always the case. 0/10 dreadful.”
