“During my previous experience with the event organizer, I encountered an unpleasant situation involving one of his friends who was recording us without our consent. The organizer informed his security personnel to remove us from the premises, as if we had initiated the conflict. This behavior was highly inappropriate and disrespectful. Despite our attempts to address the issue, the organizer’s friends continued recording us without our permission. Consequently, we were removed from the event, despite the fact that it was the friends who had been the source of the problem.”

“I spoke to a gentleman about a problem with the email address . He was very good fixed it in less than 5 minutes very good communication . I only with i asked his name as he desrves to be recognised for how good he was at his job.”

“i signed up for pree sale tickets. when purchasing my ticket that i had waited for. i had the first sale tickets ready and stupid skiddle decided that it wanted to change my password half way through a purchase with made me loose my ticket place and had to pay for the next release! this should not be alloud when half way through purchasing’ had to pay an extra £20 for tickets because of this error”
