You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. LEB Skiddle Customer Support Team

“No option to refund even when the money was still pending and tried to refund under 5 minutes of order no customer service no advice or help currently £175 out of pocket”
