“Absolutely awful! Paid for a balloon festival & didn't get one. Fairground are ridiculous prices & you pay for entry then basically pay on top for overcharging rides or hook a duck. Balloons supposedly can't go up due to too much wind yet the whole audience was looking around looking for the wind?? It was non existent. People including myself ended up leaving early because it was just terrible. Wasn't much stalls either. The only decent thing was basically the bike show but the rest of the day you're just sitting around for hours. Balloons can't go up due to lack of wind then can't go up due to too much wind yet they can all fly around at 6:45am 🤔”

“Hopeless. I entered artist date and venue and it came up with 1000 in Maidenhead!!!. Ridiculously complicated. A pain in the proverbial. Decided to ring venue instead...much simpler to speak to someone instead of going through this poxy website.”
