“Six star have some great deals, Stacey Williams is most helpful, didn’t feel rushed or pressured into booking. Also took the time to find out about us to make sure we are suited to chosen cruise. Great TA with a personal touch.”

Our cruise Concierge Laura Wing is just brilliant, full of knowledge and advice and she makes the whole process easy and exciting! She knows what we like, always seems to get us amazing prices and if we need to change anything, she will sort it out for us. We heartily recommend Six Star Cruises.”

“My wife and I were searching for a river cruise, scrolling through various sites. Laura Wing was superb in her help; we live in the north east and flights are always a problem. She sorted out the flights from our local airport, in discussion with the cruise company, return flights to suit our needs all with a great deal on the cruise with Emerald and a drinks package. She contacted us before and after the cruise. We will certainly speak to her again in the future.”

“I was new to cruising and ny concierge Rebecca Rimmer was exceptionally helpful throughout the booking process She was great - a true "Star." I enjoyed the cruise very much and i was well looked after (as a single octogenarian travellor.) I cannot recommend and thank Rebecca enough.”

“Shirley McCue was very helpful explaining all the various options for the Caribbean Cruise we wanted to go on & looked after us so well that we decided to book our holiday straight away without any delays as it was a great deal with a major saving cost wise. Although this was our first time to. book a holiday with SixStar Cruises it definitely will not be the last time. I highly recommend their expertise in luxury cruise holidays”

“Excellent customer service once again from Elizabeth. We were on a bit of a tight deadline to secure a discount via the cruise company and Elizabeth quickly provided a quote, booked the trip, all within 24 hrs. Our cruise earlier this year was seamless, pre and post hotels, transfers and the cruise itself was amazing. A well put together package with a personal touch. Would highly recommend.”

“We have used Six Star services for all our cruises for as long as I can remember. They have always provided top rate service, their pricing is always competitive, when we've had to cancel, they are always on the customer's side and the personal service we've received is second to none. I'd particularly like to thank Stacey Williams whose knowledge of Regent Seven Seas cruises cannot be beaten. Nothing is too much trouble and a conversation with her adds to the pleasure of booking a new cruise.”

“This is our first time using Six Star Cruises. Everything about them was top notch. Our consultant, Rebecca, was very knowledgeable about the ship, having sailed on The Splendour herself as well as several of her sister ships. She was also a real source of information regarding travelling to Antártica. She arranged our excursions as well as adapting our itinerary before the cruise so that we could extend our stay. Calls were returned at the agreed time and the whole process was made very simple. Excellent customer service. We were also contacted by the manager to ensure that everything had been seen to and we were happy.”
