I am not someone who enjoys booking holidays as I find the whole process in trying to decide between various options and choices quite stressful. However, Lisa Paterson was very helpful in giving me all the information and answering my many questions. She was also very efficient, friendly and patient, which made the whole process much easier.

We have used Six Star Cruises for several river cruises and the service has been excellent. We have booked through both Shirley and Tara and their communication and knowledge have been outstanding, as have been the value and standard of the cruises selected. We have no hesitation in recommending Six Star Cruises to others.

Everything was just first class from initial contact, through to signed and sealed etc. I've been loyal to a couple of other cruise specialists for some 30(ish) previous cruises, only a few times booking through Six Star/118 Katie was extremely helpful and efficient throughout. I'd have no hesitation returning for future cruises

Six Star Cruises are brilliant, so helpful and pleasant to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and they seem to have the best offers for upmarket cruises. Second time I've booked with them, both times Erin has taken the booking, she is excellent.

Erin was very good at her job, understanding what we wanted. The price of the cruise was very good too that I had found. SixStarCruises have great deals if you have the time to find them out at the moment and Erin very kindly dealt with me in a very friendly manner and talked me through everything that would happen after the booking. Oceania have changed part of an itinerary with a knock on effect at next port of call.my daytrip has been cancelled and obc not returned .therefore I can't book another trip and 6 Star Cruises say I need to speak to someone once on board.allround a one star service .

Dear Margaret Thank you for your review,. We are a customer focused company any feedback whether good or bad is extremely important to us, as it is only on the receipt of information such as this we can assess and improve the services that we offer. Please accept our sincere apologies on behalf of Oceania Cruises that the ship you are due to embark on shortly has been affected by an itinerary change. We have re-checked with Oceania again and they have confirmed that the excursion was cancelled due to the ship arriving late. They have confirmed that you will receive the value of the cancelled excursion returned to you on board, enabling you to book an alternative excursion if you wish to do so. Unfortunately, the booking is now locked in finalisation as it is due to sail in the next few days, this means that Oceania cannot do anything prior to sailing and have assured Six Star Cruises that the ship will resolve this matter onboard. May I thank you once again for taking the time to contact us, can I assure you that all customer service matters are taken very seriously and that we do value all the feedback we receive. I am sure despite the matter raised you have a wonderful cruise. Kind regards Customer relations
