“Great service from Stacey, she keeps us informed as to when payment due, when boarding passes are available to print etc. and just an email away for any queries that we may have.”

“Rebecca was very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. The hotels we stayed in pre and post cruise were excellent, although the hotel in Bangkok was a little far out. The cruise was great.”

“Shirley McCue really helped me last night and again today. She asked me my requirements and speedily came back to me with a quote. This was followed up by telephone calls and swift emails. “Lisa, our Sales Concierge, was a ‘star’ as usual. She went out of her way to help us get the best cabin at the best price on our recently booked cruise. She even worked on her day off to secure the booking for us.”
