Have booked several cruises through Six Star with the help of Laura. Prompt, friendly service. Invariably can provide the best price. Will be in contact again when we want to organise another cruise.

We had a fabulous Silver Sea cruise organised by Shirley, it was excellent value for money with hotels and excursions organised before and after the cruise, unfortunately we had a problem with transfers so my only suggestion would be to consider using a different company for transfers

As ever, Six Star Cruises information about the cruise was excellent. The cruise itself, from Southampton to the Arctic Circle with Cunard's Queen Anne, was good. The ship was lovely - what was less lovely were all the extras - gratuities, drinks and shore excursions - that are included with many of the other six star lines. Of course I knew about this beforehand, but the total cost meant that the cost was in line with those of, say, Silversea, and if they hadn't been the only cruise line going to the North Cape in June, then I would have chosen differently.

we were disappointed that the call at cadiz (seville) did not materialize as we especially wanted to of stop here. .however I must say hpw excellent your handling of the travel from heathrow to lisbon and the transfers.was and thanks to 6sstar and your agents.i had superb assistance. also what a bonus the upgrade was as i was near my friend. regards shirley

Lisa prior to the cruise was exceptional However the experience on Oceania did not measure up to the pre cruise hype Part of the package was a free parking slot at Southampton . However on a rival at the port ABP had no record of our vehicle . The service from the onsite supervisor was brilliant. However whilst he was going about resolving the issue I made a call from the docks to your offices to see if they could help.There was a queue of 2 so I asked for a call back . Regretably as of today 22 June I am still waiting for that all back . The checking in process at Southampton was not handled efficiently Oceania kept our passports for the whole of the cruise , only returning them on the morning of disembarkation . We were only advised of the need to take a photograph on our phones of the passport just prior to embarkation This assumes that ALL passengers are comfortable with smart phones and photos. Given the average age of passenger was around 80 I hazard a gust that not everyone was comfortable . The ship was immaculate but lived up to the reviews I had read prior to the trip Cabin smaller than other comparable cruise lines , not enough draw space , cabins to narrow. We ate in all 4 of the speciality restaurants 2 were excellent 2 not so . The service in the main dining room particularly for breakfast was poor , and one evening we were queing for approx. 1 hr to get in that dining room . The main dining room was closed most lunchtimes which meant the other dining venues were cramped and crowded . Given Oceania`s usp is the food, we have local restaurants that are much better . The service was adequate but after 2 weeks there was a lot of repartition within the menu in the main dining room There were numerous errors in accounting for pre-paid excursions and gratuities. Which though quickly resolved , should not happen on a cruise line with this reputation As a direct comparison with Regent , Oceania falls short in most areas . We will most definitely NOT be considering Oceania for future

I can see this was confirmed by Lisa with Oceania prior to departure. I am pleased the on site supervisor was able to assist you. Apologies you did not receive a call back from us, I can see a call was made to customer service which shows as 'contact hung up'. I can only apologise that the call back service did not appear to work on this occasion and can raise this with IT. Thank you for your feedback regarding Oceania, again we are sorry that your experience did not meet with your expectations. Its dissappointing to hear Oceania have fallen short on this occasion. We have returned from our 14 day cruise which was one of the best holidays of our lifetime. We wanted it to be special and it was. However, my disappointment is with Six Star Cruises in that ……. We were initially informed that we would be kept in touch with along the way and that after paying our deposit, we would not need to pay any more until the final payment was due. We certainly felt that there was a lack of contact (I.e. 2 weeks after asking for assistance, we had an email asking had we sorted the problem!). We also had to source our flights as the ones offered were not suitable and then pay Six Star Cruises when they were booked. The flight going out was suitable but our seats were across the aisle, something that we never do. As a result we will never use your company again Regards Michael Lynch

When a package is booked outside the confirmed flight date range, we contact our customers with available options once flights become available. These may include indirect flights at no additional cost. In your case, we were happy to accommodate your preference for direct flights, which required payment before the balance due date, as they were non-refundable per the airline’s policy. We regret that you were dissatisfied with the allocated seating. While we understand how disappointing it must have been to be seated across the aisle, unfortunately, seat assignments are managed by the airline and are beyond our control. Booked a private transfer from Nice airport to Monte Carlo to board the cruise liner Silver Ray. Been here an hour. No transfer has arrived. Useless. You get 0/10. What a way to start a holiday. Absolute rubbish. I shall get an Uber

I have booked a number of cruises through Sixstar and have dealt almost exclusively with Shirley McCue. I'm sure other agents are also brilliant but Shirley has proved to be exceptional. She always finds me the best deal/cabin/flight/price etc and has given me the best personal service possible. Nothing is too much trouble, no problem is insurmountable. I am not just another customer, I am one of the family.

Laura managed to do it yet again ! As always she talked me through flights, cabin availability and all the other bits and pieces that make a Six Star holidays exceptional.
